The history of St. Olaf is not one story, but many — and we want to hear yours!

How to share your story

All St. Olaf alumni, faculty, staff, retirees, and current students are warmly invited to share their experiences on the Hill. There are three ways to share your story:

Write your reflection using the “Tell Us Your Story” form below. You may submit up to 10 photos along with your reflection if you choose.
Record yourself sharing your reflection using the audio story recorder below. Follow the prompts below to start, record, end, and submit an audio recording of up to 5 minutes.
Call and record your reflection on the phone using this number: 507-786-3838. You will have up to 10 minutes to share your story.

Please note that reflections submitted via this form may be shared on the 150th website, on the college’s social media channels, or in St. Olaf Magazine, and they will be sent to the St. Olaf Archives. Even if your story is not highlighted on these channels, it will play an important part in documenting and providing context to the college’s history. Each submission will be saved in the St. Olaf Archives and made available to students and researchers in the future. Before you submit a reflection, you must review and agree to our Use of Information Agreements below. If you have questions, please email 150th@stolaf.edu.
